Catering

The Phoenix Expo is a catered-exclusive facility, which means we do not allow any outside food or beverage brought into our facility. However, our on-site creative culinary staff offers a wide variety of mouth-watering food and beverage options to tempt your palate. Choose from an assortment of menu selections or allow us to custom create a dining experience that pleases not only your palate but budget and expectations as well.

Please let our event coordinator know if you or the guest attending your event has any special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or allergies. Our chefs are trained in dietary restrictions and can create a speciality dish just for your guest that will not only meet their special requests but delight their taste buds as well.

We are happy to offer your guest either a Host (you are responsible for purchasing the drinks for your guest) or a Cash Bar (your guest is responsible for purchasing their own beverages).  We have a wide variety of drinks available including specialty drinks, martini slides and gourmet coffee bars.
